I realized I had not posted pictures of my "Store." I rent a space in a store called "3 Little Black Birds." It is full of crafters/artists who make, repurpose, or whatever and sell them in one big house! My cute little wicker chair sold. I miss it. I will have to find another:). Ada on Dance Recital night. Isn't she beautiful! Now back to my "store&#...

Rick, Debi, Loni, Ada and Tyce. A little peek into what we do when you aren’t looking……………. Saturday, November 23, 2013. I don't think I posted these. I have been thinking about painting our piano. Has anyone ever known anyone who has done this? Just wondering. Loni wants it green. I am thinking about it. I took the kids to the zoo. They climbed around like spiders. One little kid climbing around had a spiderman hat on. I thought that was funny. Posing for a picture. She is a very silly little girl.

'Swinging O' in Idaho: April 2012
http://swingingo.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Swinging O' in Idaho. Monday, April 23, 2012. The Chicks are Coming, The Chicks are Coming! With an order of new chicks coming, we had to find a place to brood and house them. They can't be housed with the egg layers we have now (these are for meat), so it was on to another section of the barn. Of course, it was a dusty, dirty room where the mice had made home for a while. Not being a fan of hanta virus, I suited up:. They arrived alert and thirsty! They're so cute now! Saturday, April 14, 2012. Last yea...

'Swinging O' in Idaho: Pic a nic ing

Swinging O' in Idaho. Saturday, September 1, 2012. Pic a nic ing. We got to enjoy another picnic this week and headed to Fairfield/Soldier for the day. Soldier is listed as a ghost town, but didn't look too spooky to us. I believe this was formerly an opera house in Soldier, but has had somewhat recent additions put on it and looks to be currently lived in. Where the deer and the antelope play. The park we ate lunch at had some beautiful oak trees - something you don't see much of here. Pic a nic ing.

Swinging O' in Idaho. Thursday, June 28, 2012. This year we signed up to help in Vacation Bible School. I wrote down I was available to help with decorating and snacks, which I was assigned to. Robert left all options open, so he was assigned to be the leader of the 4th - 6th graders! This is something completely new for him, and he was a bit apprehensive, but he really enjoyed it. 65279;. 'Swinging O' in Idaho: May 2012
http://swingingo.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Swinging O' in Idaho. Thursday, May 31, 2012. A combination of some good rain and lots of sunshine means everything is growing now. The corn around us has come up, and our gardens are doing great. Tomorrow night we will enjoy our first salad this year from our garden. I'm trying a new way of growing peas and beans this year. We created these teepees for them to grow up on, instead of the long low rows of twine I used last year. This should be alot easier to pick! Friday, May 11, 2012. The chicks have bee...

'Swinging O' in Idaho: October 2012
http://swingingo.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Swinging O' in Idaho. Friday, October 5, 2012. A close up of the peeling paint and planter. We started out by scraping the old paint, mortar and (lots of) caulk; then power washed the brick. Robert tuck pointed the brick while I helped finish it with a scraper and brush. After this dried we caulked the many, many cracks in the remaining paint. Our first planned day to paint the brick turned out to be much too windy for painting, so it was delayed a week, but today we finally got the painting done.
