Bater muito bem as gemas com 2 medidas de açúcar, juntar o óleo, a farinha, o fermento e o iogurte e continuar a bater, por fim juntar as claras que foram previamente batidas em castelo com uma medida de açúcar. 250 gr de açúcar. 2 limão em raspa.
