Or, I don’t? Rolling along, and hitting a milestone goal…. October 3, 2015. This milestone was sweet, in part because I was fearful I had eaten poorly on my California trip and would have gained weight. I avoided weighing in fact, but yesterday decided I had to face the music. When I stepped on the scale, I was delighted to see another modest loss, bringing me to a total loss of 40 pounds since July 11th. This weekend I am focused on 2 things:. Planning for the month of October. And tagged 40 pounds.
