http://suzysomedaysomewhere.blogspot.com/2011/08/i-love-quotes-invictus.html
My Ramayana in 60 Verses. Monday, August 22, 2011. I Love Quotes - Invictus. I am the master of my fate. I am the captain of my soul. William Ernest Henley, Invictus. This is one of my favourite quotes. I always call on this when I'm going through a tough time. Last week was a tough week and I was tested on many fronts. This quote came to mind. While I believe that fate or destiny is predetermined and therefore we cannot escape it, we can make choices on our way to that destiny. For my unconquerable soul.

http://suzysomedaysomewhere.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
My Ramayana in 60 Verses. Sunday, November 9, 2014. Five Minute Friday - Turn. Life is like a kaleidoscope. Every moment of every day life turns. Just as the turn of a kaleidoscope sets up a new pattern, each turn we take in life, sets up a new path for us. And where all components of the kaleidoscope are interlinked to create the pattern, so all our lives are interlinked. In fact all of creation is interlinked, each individual action affecting the whole. Elton John's song sums this up nicely . I dream, ...

When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy Rumi. I am a Featured Poet. Saturday, August 2, 2014. Image source: google images. The tattered diary a prized possession. A life described during sad aggression. Senseless killing no one spared. Felt like no one even cared. Don't they know that war is futile. Destroying lives is sad and vile. I hope someday the light will shine. And peace and harmony will fall in line. When one community called humankind. Links to this post. I drea...

Reflections of my soul - my poems: The Pursuit of Happiness
http://ilasoulpoems.blogspot.com/2015/05/the-pursuit-of-happiness.html
When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy Rumi. I am a Featured Poet. Thursday, May 21, 2015. The Pursuit of Happiness. The pursuit of happiness is futile. For happiness lies within. To endeavour to find it is infantile. For it's not contained in a tin. Another cannot provide happiness. For it is a state of being. It is a choice to shed that sadness. By new perspective seeing. To live in perpetual happiness. Seems an impossible thing. But to live in perpetual sadness. May 2...

Someday Somewhere: For I Have Talked With God
http://suzysomedaysomewhere.blogspot.com/2015/06/for-i-have-talked-with-god.html
My Ramayana in 60 Verses. Thursday, June 25, 2015. For I Have Talked With God. But with great happiness, sometimes there also comes great sorrow and last week was the worst week of my life. Alejandro's words fell on my deaf ears and my tears would not stop flowing. Many years ago in ancient Mexico near the city of Teotihuacan, lived Citlali. Tonauac ...
