The announcement that Gratitude would close the doors came several weeks ago and with it came a new opportunity to work with Sharon and Jack Malatich, friends and fellow brokers who were expanding their already established business offering new Southerly yachts. But here's an admission for you all.I'm really liking the next step that sailors seem to take.yep.I'm beginning to appreciate a really nice trawler. The combination of a beautiful, traditional line, respected builder and unbelievably devoted and knowledgeable owners all helped. Monday, September 8, 2008. Second Island Packet for Linda and Jim. Catching up with old friends is always great but, being part of their first and second boat purchase is even better. Linda and Jim have just purchased their Packet Cat and will be taking her home soon. They will arrive to off load their Island Packet 27 and transfer their "boating belongings" to the new baby some time next week. They will bring " Siboney. Here to Rock Hall for me to sell.
