Ever since I had my first bite of handmade not factory produced marshmallows at Jules Verne in Paris, I’ve always wanted to recreate that taste in the kitchen. I finally found time over the holidays to do this, mainly because I’ve been addicted to hot chocolate lately and the only thing better than hot chocolate when it’s snowing outside, is one with a homemade marshmallow on top!
