The drive wasn’t horrible, only about 3 ½ hours and through just a few construction zones. We arrived in Homer with nearly clear skies, and even though it was the middle of the week it was quite the hopping place. Monday, December 29, 2008. For Family Home Evening we talked about goals. Lexie and Joseph had fun helping make our family goals for the year as well as some for themselves. One of our family goals is to actually read the Book of Mormon all the way through. (We generally make it to 2 Nephi but we're gonna get it all done this year! Lexie wants to learn to do a cartwheel.
