With waist high and up and the sets bringing in some. Chest to shoulder high waves. Winds were less than ideal but they weren´t strong enough. To shut down the waves in Marbella. Tamarindo Surf Report - Costa Rica. Wednesday, February 9, 2011. Wednesday, February 9th 2011 (morning). Tamarindo. Very small with 1-2 foot, knee to thigh high. But winds still good during the morning blowing light offshore. It's expected to start mixing in with a new ground swell that will be bringing better surf for the weekend. For tomorrow it supose to build a little bit with sets up to chest high and winds will hold calm. High Tide: 6:36 am / 6:58 pm. Time of post: 7:26 am. Witch's Rock Surf Camp.

Tamarindo Surf Report - Costa Rica. Friday, February 11, 2011. Friday, February 11th 2010 (afternoon/evening). Waves today in Grande were fun but mixed. Wave height ranged from a couple feet to a couple feet over head. After 11am it turned pretty sloppy and most of the larger sets. Were closing out with a few exceptions. Winds were great today staying offshore for the entire day. Tomorrow the swell should be hitting the peak. With chest to shoulder high waves and clean to fairly clean. Time of post 7:20pm.

Mostly in the 1-2 foot range with the ocassional wave. Winds are nice as usual for the am blowing offshore and calm. Things don´t look like they will be picking up until Thursday. But with high tides in early morning and early evening you. Still might be able to get in 2 a day. High tide today 5:26am/5:46pm. Time of post 7:26am. Sunday, February 6th 2011.
