They are all the best parts of cake shaped into balls. A moist cake mixed with icing then covered in chocolate, addicting! Monday, August 29, 2011. I pod cookies - hardest order to date. When I received an order for i pod touch cookies I was very excited to try something so fun! Then I found out we had to move within the same 3 days I needed to make the cookies, my stress level rose. THEN. I found out the birthday boy wanted his cookie to be peanut butter chocolate chip! If I had to pick one word to describe myself it would be Eclectic…Eclectic Emily. I like this word because it is SO FUN to say….try it…Eclectic. Nice huh? I love so many things in so many areas, sewing, crafting, cookies (of course.) Most of all I love being a mommy! I have two amazing boys! My oldest is 2 years old and my youngest. August 17, 2014. Dinner at Red Feather last week was delightful. We split a few small plates before our entrees and a few bottles of wine were shared. Small plates included ricotta and honey with grilled bread and bacon-wrapped apricots. I ordered another small plate, gnocchi, for my entrée along with the summer salad. It was a delicious evening!
