Cheri Collins, D.A.,. Mrs Bomin Son Collins is thrilled to join the TCSYO artistic staff this year! Dr Steven Owen is currently a timpanist, percussionist and drum set artist with the “President’s Own” United States Marine Band in Washington, DC. He earned his Master of Music Degree, Doctor of Musical Arts Degree and the prestigious Performer’s Certificate from the Eastman School of Music.
