That is SO crazy! Snippets from daily life. Tuesday, July 24, 2012. I recently read an article in Runners World about a guy who, due to injuries, had to completely rework his running form. He, like me, was a heel runner and his coach told him to avoid injury and maintain the ability to run he would have to train himself to be a forefront runner. In between the being gone is the catching up. It just takes me so long to recover from anything these days. Out until 2am? Posted using BlogPress from my iPad.

I told her they were the roots, and that is how the tree got its food and water. Then, I suggested we take a photo of it. That spurred the "Photo Walk." I told Clara that at the end of the summer we could make a little book of all the photos we took on our walks. The first walk we focused on textures. Then, she noticed the sun through the trees.
