A late start thanks to the packing and checking out. The city had chosen to disappear behind cloud on the one day that I just wanted to look out the window and see it all. There are lots of reasons to keep running. 1/ I don't want to return to tubby tubster territory. 2/ It's a great way to wind down after work. 3/ Gives me a sense of freedom and time for contemplation in the great outdoors. 4/ I'm gunning for a sub 2hr half marathon time. 5/ The London Marathon was on today and I felt inspired to keep going. Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao Restaurant in Hong Kong. The wrappers were translucent, the soup lusciously sweet and rich and the meat moist and with the perfect texture.
