Tuesday, June 26, 2012. Emily spent the 3rd week of June at Vacation Bible School. She had a blast! Her new favorite thing to tell me is that "Jesus is in your heart"- totally melts my heart when she says it! She had a concert at the end of the week. She sang the songs loudly and we could definitely hear her voice some of the time! The concert was so cute and she's been talking about non-stop since it's been over. October 23, 2013 at 12:07 PM. Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Becky and Sony came to visit for Easter. They got to enjoy coloring eggs with the girls! It was very entertaining to watch. Allison mostly ran around and looked at the eggs every once and a while. Easter Egg Hunt at the Preschool. Emily's Preschool had a mini egg hunt in her classroom. Monday, October 31, 2011. We had a pretty nice Halloween. Emily picked out her costume this year so that was exciting for me. :) She was very picky about what kind of princess she wanted to be! Wednesday, November 30, 2011. Emily's pre-school Thanksgiving Feast. Emily has been attending a great preschool here in town. She has done very well in school and absolutely loves it! She hates non-school days so I have to try pretty hard to keep her entertained. She has developed a very extensive vocabulary and learned the abcs, how to count to 10, and she can even recognize a few letters. I think she's off to a great start! Monday, June 11, 2012. The kids love playing with their cousins and we got in lots of cousin time this trip! It's starting to get a little chaotic when we're all together. It's a lot of little ones! If Rachel were still alive the ages of the kids would be 6,5,4,3,2,1 and baby. (Rachel would be the 5 year old)There is also another on the way in August so we're in for some more fun! Friday, May 25, 2012. Emily learned how to grow a plant from a seed at preschool. She brought it home and we had to replant it. Thursday, February 16, 2012. For Valentine's Day we had a nice low key night with the kids. Emily and I made Michael a platter of his favorite cookies. She put the sprinkles on every cookie! Wednesday, June 13, 2012. The kids were so excited to go to Schlitterbahn. Michael, Anna, and I took the four oldest for the day. We had a blast and the kids were very adventurous and listened well- a rarity for this bunch! We kept the floaties on them all day and they were able to swim around and ride on some rides. We had a kiddie pool pretty much to ourselves, that's where the pics were taken. So the adults actually got to sit and watch them play- we rarely get to do that! Michaels 6th Fathers Day.
