ROSES IN DECEMBER: Plan & Purpose
http://wovenhope.blogspot.com/2011/08/plan-purpose.html
Monday, August 1, 2011. I woke up and had my quiet time and the blogging urge came suddenly. I haven't had any time at all to sit and put my thoughts down and it seemed like I was "on a roll" as a friend once used to tell me ALL the time. When reading from the devotional, Streams in The Dessert, by L.B. Cowman - It said."Life is not wreckage to be saved out of the world, but an investment to be used in the world.". Opportunities arise out of the wreckage - when we often this of it as being tragic. Saving...

ROSES IN DECEMBER: May 2012
http://wovenhope.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 17, 2012. Here it is May of 2012 and I have not been to this site to post since November of last year. Wow and Wow. I guess this week has been one of reflection and just a time for me to "take each day as it comes." We are again approaching the anniversary of Robbie's death and it will be 24 years tomorrow that he went home to be with the Lord. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). KFC's Buckets for the Cure. ROSES IN DECEMBER: June 2011
http://wovenhope.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 10, 2011. Here it is 4:19 am and I am blogging. There are times I go for months and don't touch this thing. I wanted all day yesterday to sit and put my "blog moments" down, but there were way too many things to do and places to go. I once again found myself writing it in my head at 2 am, 3 am and now just got up and I am gonna move forward. In a box of cookbooks, I found a 1988 calendar. As I looked through it, I was amazed at how many memories it brought back. Times just before his...As Ni...

ROSES IN DECEMBER: May 2011
http://wovenhope.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 31, 2011. We are training Camrin to NOT touch the DSL/Modem box that controls the TV and Intenet. It is within reach of the little hands that are just at the 2 foot level. He is learning very well that it is NOT his box and knows that he is not allowed to mess with it. Plugs in every outlet, locks on every cabinet. Us old people have to figure out how to get into cabinets! His little hands seem to know just how to work around all of it! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). KFC's Buckets for the Cure.

ROSES IN DECEMBER: Power Cords
http://wovenhope.blogspot.com/2011/11/power-cords.html
Monday, November 28, 2011. When we moved for the Umpteenth time, I decided that there needed to be a "spot" for all the cell phones, power cords, electronics and such that were lingering around in boxes. I kept coming across them periodically in the storage unit, the house, at the apartment, you name it, they were everywhere. It may be in there! Recently - our little man - Cam decided that he was going to place his Mom's cell phone (only a few months old) very neatly into the toilet. Hmmmm - a very c...

ROSES IN DECEMBER: February 2011
http://wovenhope.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 23, 2011. We love getting our calendar. It really is the only time we get to see current photos of all of our extended family. I come from a LARGE family and it continues to grow. It amazes me to see the nieces and nephews that were babies when I was little are now having children. I begin to see generations forming and boy do I feel old at times. It's still a neat tradition though. We traded our mini van for that? Wednesday, February 9, 2011. Peanut Butter and Jam. A few more weeks a...

ROSES IN DECEMBER: January 2011
http://wovenhope.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 27, 2011. I immediately called my new boss and apologized profusely. That night Nick and I headed to the store and got a new clock for my desk. It certainly made for a good laugh. This was a first "time" this has very happened to me in all my years of working! Friday, January 21, 2011. No, it's not the tune by the Mama's and the Papa's although I am singing that in my head as I write this. Monday - I will officially start back to work! Thursday, January 20, 2011. I have been reading a n...
