The daily life and curiosities of Dali (and her mum). Laquo; Daily Dali Pictures :). Out and about, and backyards too. Sunday at the Gardens. June 4, 2013. Sunday at the Botanical Gardens in Fort Worth, that is. I had to go through a bunch of pictures to try and narrow down which ones I wanted to post, but I have so much fun stuff coming up. I absolutely love ALL these pictures. They’re perfect! We had a blast. Today is just a post of pictures, so enjoy! Or leave a trackback: Trackback URL.

The daily life and curiosities of Dali (and her mum). Laquo; Out and about, and backyards too. A beginning and an end! So, as the summer really begins in earnest. June 12, 2013. So, as the summer really begins in earnest the heat keeps creeping up. We suffered our first triple digit temp day of the summer – but thankfully it is back in the 90s! What a relief from last year – (our triple digit consecutive days, it was boiling hot! I did try duct tape by the way, and no it didn’t work.). For the good news!

The daily life and curiosities of Dali (and her mum). Laquo; So, as the summer really begins in earnest. A real autumn this year! A beginning and an end! August 5, 2013. Today we officially put in our 30 day notice on our excessively large house in Texas. Crazily enough, we are NOT moving anywhere in Houston and will be moving to a small town outside of Pittsburgh, PA! In honor of our return to the blogging world, I am announcing a fun contest on Instagram for all my followers/blog readers. Or leave a tr...
A real autumn this year! | The Daily Dali

The daily life and curiosities of Dali (and her mum). Laquo; A beginning and an end! A real autumn this year! August 6, 2013. One thing I am loving about the idea of moving back to the east coast is the preparation for a real autumn. Here in Texas, we don’t get much in the way of fall weather – it stays hot (over the 80’s/90’s) well into the end of the year and most people still wear t-shirts and tank tops. A friend told me: “Do all the things you want to in Texas before you leave! I think we need them a...

Rants and Raves from the Goudie CEO. Monthly Archives: May 2013. Something in the water. I was able to get in a fast walk with my sister and Ever at the Airport trail on Wednesday before the sun faded. Poor Ever was wayyyy too hot though. Girl hates the heat. Gratuitous sleeping baby photo:. Why can’t they just stick with these blocks all over the floor. I would be okay with that.:. May 31, 2013. Beaches, babes, home projects, and heat! Rants and Raves from the Goudie CEO. Author Archives: Leyla Goudie. 2 weeks in review. It has been almost two weeks since I last posted? Ugh Major fail on my part. Here are some things we have been doing:. Turf for tots (for those not in Juneau, this is an indoor field house with turf that is open for kiddos to play in most days of the week). Lots of beach time with Teenie (Aunt Kelsey). Bike riding (although I have NO photos of that activity). Playground time in the sun. Here are some photos:. I know th...

Rants and Raves from the Goudie CEO. Painting, heat, beaches and Daddy day! Better late than never →. Playgrounds, play dates, and picnics. I haven’t blogged since Sunday! I don’t feel like I took as many photos representing our week as I should have either, but that doesn’t mean we didn’t have fun! Evening I was able to finish working on Ever’s bedroom. It is only fair that if Porter has a fun space that Ever gets one as well right? We also received good news on Wednesday. Ruralcap, which is a local...

Rants and Raves from the Goudie CEO. 8220;Stay there bear! Swing life away →. Icky feeling mommy and the great homebound boredom. Besides back yard playing in the rain, reading, drawing, unrolling whole roles of toilet paper, and movie watching, not much else has been accomplished. Our cat has been taking cover in Ever’s bed during the days as to avoid the grabby, irrationally bored children. And here are some random photos as usual:. Rhododendron bush my mom got me. Small but Purdy. –. June 6, 2013.

Rants and Raves from the Goudie CEO. Marinating in the sun and having daily fun. Playgrounds, play dates, and picnics →. Painting, heat, beaches and Daddy day! Ever since Friday it has been go go go for us. Lots of beach time both Friday and Sunday (since it has been 80 degrees for 3 days now), and Saturday was spent painting/decorating Porter’s room (never paint indoors in 80 degree heat…paint dries too fast). June 16, 2013. Marinating in the sun and having daily fun. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Rants and Raves from the Goudie CEO. Newer posts →. Awwwww. Life has been simple and great lately. Again the sun is back and it seems that a pattern arises in my attitude as it comes and goes. I am generally a positive thinking person regardless of the weather, but my ability to feel that whole heartedly and exude it in all that I do is far greater when the sun is out. Don’t ask about winter Leyla…. Kelsey and I started to plan out Porter’s bedroom makeover for next weekend. A complete overhaul...Today w...

The Daily Daddy | There's a 50/50 shot that I'm doing it right.
There's a 50/50 shot that I'm doing it right. Travels and Mucus – The Peanut’s 1st Holiday Season. January 7, 2014. It’s been a while since my last post, and funny enough, the last post was about how I was going to “start posting more”. C’est la vie. It’s been about 3 1/2 months now since the little peanut was born and the adventures have been non-stop. From cradle cap and moisturizing shampoo to mommy’s first […]. Continue Reading →. The Daily Dagens
This blog exists in its current form for historical reasons. In other words: it is what it is, because of what it was / I do what I do / because of what it does. And so on. Monday, July 21, 2014. Mon 8 Jul 2014. This is a gluten-free poutine from the Point Sans G food truck or whatever. Those are sweet potato fries. The "gravy" is some kind of subtle Italian sausage. The cheese, I don't remember. The thing on top is a type of sprøstekt løk (crispy onion), very rare around these parts. Links to this post.
The Daily Dagger
Sunday, April 27, 2008. F Jay Z and F Park. I used to love you "hova" (even though your last CD blew) but then you had to go team up with LeBron "the biggest homo ever" James, and release a DeShawn stevenson diss song? The whole DC area is going to hate you now. You fucked yourself over. . And PARK WTF were you thinking escorting DeShawn out and not Damon Jones and LeBron James? Get those faggots out of your bar! Wanna know the funny thing? Tuesday, April 15, 2008. I no longer hate LeBron.as much. Okay s...

If it's not the Daily Damien, it's just Damien. March 15, 2015. March 15, 2015. March 15, 2015. After much testing, here is another test. I think this might be the lead comic on April 1st on the real site. I tried incorporating “The Old Woman in the Shoe” but that was just too complicated. The world wants simple! I tried a few attempts at playing off of the April 1st/April Fools Day concept, and those felt too forced. March 5, 2015. March 5, 2015. Let the testing continue! The Old Man and the C. Get ever...
A Dose of Damon
A Dose of Damon. Because he's my drug. Friday, September 21, 2007. Not much is happening in my life right now. I’ve cut back on all the exciting things I could be doing (like buying new Matt Damon DVDs) because I just don’t have the money. Sad, isn’t it? Originally, Matt had planned to do a movie called. He was working with Mark Wahlberg on a deal to bring another brother movie to the screen as well. So Matt’s life is just too animated these days. He’s been flying all over the world to support. It’s part...
