On some of the reasons why I love camping. 1- We get to wear silly headbanz and play games together. 2- On rainy camp days, I have time to read! 3- My children create hideouts in the bunks and entertain themselves with no toys at all. Thursday, July 21, 2011. I have to admit, it took about 3 times to get this right. And I hope I can remember how to do it right next time! The original recipe is below. But, I found that the chocolate layer dries it out way too much, so I left it all plain cheesecake last time. I also lowered the baking time to about 65 minutes, even though I wasn't sure if it was cooked. It still sets during cooling. A bit like brownies do. Chocolate graham cracker crumbs. 3 pkgs. Friday, September 23, 2011. Could there be a cuter ranch hand? Sunday, September 11, 2011. Today, I think, officially marked the end of summer for us. We tried to go swim one last time, but the water was just too cold! Soon the sun will be setting before we are done playing. The patches of grass under the swing have worn thin. It will be dark when Dad gets home from work. We might actually have weather cool enough for sane people to build a fire. With marshmallows of course! I have cherished every moment.

Sadly enough time passes too quickly and our sweet babies grow up. Like my baby girl already has 2 teeth! Can you see them grandparents? And she's almost sitting up all by herself.
