Our Great Granpa McGlynn hailed from County Cork, in Ireland, part of the McIntosh Clan. He moved to Hancock, Michigan in 1890. His daughter Violet,. Our grandmother and a church organist for 50 years, told us he was a fiddler. The McGlynn clan has produced piano, accordion, violin, horn, banjo and guitar players along with a great number of singers throughout the years. Music has always been the Keynote for the McGlynn’s we are part of that family, and we have songs to sing.
