Thursday, January 14, 2010. I made these tortillas the other day, due to a huge craving for burritos. My daughter LOVES bean burritos, and I had left over black beans from a meal the previous night. Saturday, March 5, 2011. Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake/Brownies. It worked. It worked so well! Our brownies turned into chocolate chip cake, but we got some much needed time together doing what we both love to do; Cook, Eat, and Enjoy each other. This scrumptious cake came out perfect and moist. And the little taste tester in our house totally approved. Nolan was very excited about going and packing his back pack with all the essentials (anything and everything he could find had to go with us). The first day we spent exploring our hotel and the areas near the hotel. We found a little beach with an ice cream place that had a toys to build sand castles next door. Nolan was super excited!
