Journey of a First Time Mummy. I’m Emma and I am mummy to my one-year old son Jack and married to my uni-sweetheart, Mike. Everyone said to me that time speeds up when you become a parent. I never really knew what that meant until I became a mummy one year ago. Now here I am, with a child learning to walk and talk when it only feels like yesterday that I was sitting on the sofa with a huge bump, feeling Jack kick my ribs and doing somersaults.
