TKSS believes: Go Where Most Needs Are! Projects are carefully undertaken with evaluation and prioritisation, optimising available funds to their greatest values. Serving mainly under 12 years of age, of orphaned, single-parented, abandoned and severely impoverished children by providing regular monthly cash allowance, clothing, food and school supplies. 1) School Construction Concrete and wooden school buildings. 2) Student Grants and Scholarships Primary to university levels.

September 2005, a fire broke out after midnight in Ju Dong Village, Xia Jiang Township, Congjiang County. Cause of the incident turned out to be carelessness. After a private party one inhabitant forgot to put out his kitchen fireplace. In the village, housing 125 households, over a hundred houses were burned to the ground.
