We are doing our children a dis-service by giving then whatever they want, not making them give and learn respect and allowing them to rule the roost! A FAMILY THAT PLAYS TOGETHER.STAYS TOGETHER! Wednesday, June 5, 2013. We made it to Phoenix and were very happy we didn't have to stay in a hotel. We stayed at Allen's sister's house. They have a pool and live right on the golf course. It was GREAT! Livi loved the water so much and never wanted to get out of it! The pool kept us cool while we were there! Tuesday, June 23, 2015. Normally things like Mother's Day and my birthday are just a big letdown, so I don't ever let my hopes get high. But this year, Mother's Day was AWESOME! Everyone let me sleep in, primary singing in Sacrament Meeting went well, I got a LONG NAP, and my kids tried SO HARD not to fight and to be helpful. If they'd start to whine (Lacey) over something I'd say, "But remember? It's Mother's Day, so no being bad! It worked 95% of the time! I seriously milked the day for all I could!
