If you take a close look you will recognize that my paintings reflect 30 years of commercial and technical illustration using a pen and India ink. Today my paintings reflect the same good drawing but with some nice colors thrown on top. I retired from commercial work (early thank you) to enjoy doing art my own way. And that is, painting till sunrise and sleeping late. Mmmm, it's all good. Please don't call before 9. Issue 52 ( Dec/Jan 2007) pg. 4. Grand prize, IAM People and figures competition.

Just due to the way the things worked out, I was assigned the odds and ends of the A-Z alphabet and the 1-10 numbers. I have Y, Z, and 10. He was first leaning against a pillar and made this cascade of strong horizontals that caught my eye. Nominally, he was dressed in: boots, jeans, a t-shirt, a pea coat, a knit cap, sunglasses and a scarf - a list of items other men were wearing on the train as well, almost exactly - but his presentation was extremely different and unique. Tom and Jen's Wedding
Tom and Jen's Wedding. Friday, January 06, 2006. Tom and Jen's Wedding was at the most beautiful wedding location I've ever seen! It was in vail up in the mountians. The ceremony took place on a wooden platform over a lake with two mountains in the background - one covered in Evergreens and the other in Aspens.
