Running going well started to stretch out a bit more on running sessions and today went very, very well - good time - felt good over the 6km. Now in fifth month of non smoking David and I report that I am feeling great! Tuesday, 24 April 2012. Good journey so far. Wednesday, 11 April 2012. 2 PB's in 4 days - good signs. Saturday, 7 April 2012. Must be all the chocolate! Sunday, 1 April 2012. Month 4 and on target.

Training for my 1st half marathon. Friday, July 31, 2009. Tuesday - 4.00 miles. Thursday - 4.00 miles. With BOTH KIDS in the double jogging stroller! Saturday - 8.00 miles. Monday - 4 miles. 36 min, 09 sec. Thursday - 4 miles. First run with my new Garmin watch! How did I ever run without it? Approx 37 min ( I didn't read the directions too well before I started so I was still trying to figure out the watch! Saturday - 5.06 miles with my Dad on the towpath. Sunday - 3.00 miles.
