Coaching Call – Reborn Ashes

So I made a coaching call to my therapist because after two days of cutting, I have had enough. I’m trying so hard to work through this, and we discussed ways to manage my urges, one of which is a Pros and Cons list. I have done this before but I will do it again here for not just my benefit, but for my readers as well. Distract from emotional pain. My husband will be disappointed.
