My deadly sins... shoot, sew, scrap: November 2010
http://ohsinchan.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Today is our 2nd wedding anniversary! But it is just a normal day for me, just that hubby is home today, not on leave but on MC! He had a very bad backache and headache and slept till noon. He continued to sleep after he came back from the doctor. We initially planned to go out and eat steak for dinner but in the end we just had takeaway food. Yes I didn't even bother to cook. So romantic huh! We didn't buy presents for each other but I made him this card. Can you feel it oozing with love and sweetness?

My deadly sins... shoot, sew, scrap: Bonus prize!
http://ohsinchan.blogspot.com/2010/12/bonus-prize.html
Thank you to all my friends for helping me to click 'Like' at the contest at Joys@Uptown Sweets. It was so competitive! I didn't get the 2 prizes offered but they gave me a bonus prize! It was not easy for my friends to find 'Like' on my comments as most of them accessed the page from iPhone and somehow the 'Like' didn't appear. Most of them click 'Like' on the original post so I had to give clearer instructions to them. Really appreciate the efforts made by my friends! A big Thank YOU! Is a fan of.

My deadly sins... shoot, sew, scrap: December 2010
http://ohsinchan.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
My birthday is wedged right between Christmas and New Year Day. 28 is an auspicious number for chinese and I am always happy to announce that my birthday is 1228, very auspicious! Having a birthday 3 days after Christmas means that I often celebrate my birthday with Christmas day or Boxing day! This year I received many many well-wishes from my family, friends, colleagues, classmates, scrapbooking friends, overseas friends and even some long-lost friends! My cute cousin Chloe is in a jolly mood too!

Saturday, August 20, 2011. Hands on - Fluffy bread with Joys @ Uptown Sweets. This is my 2nd workshop with Joys @ Uptown sweets. And this post is about almost 3wks late. Thanks to the crazy connection that I had been having). I've been challenging bread making for no less than the past 1 yr or so. But none of my bread can survive fluffiness till the next day. Or worst, they never even survive proofing stage. But I just dunno why the bread were like . . . . *wordless to describe*. And I'm very lucky to be...

Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Hot Dog Bun (Low temp proofing). Recipe adapted and modified from here. Mixed all into dough and proof in fridge for at least 12hrs overnight. 4-5 piece of preferred hotdog (I got the fresh hotdog from NTUC and therefore allows me to cut into 2 piece per hotdog). Remove Dough A from fridge to room temp. Add Dough A to Dough B. Knead in mixer for about 20mins until can pull into thin elastic piece (window pane test as many bakers might call it). Wrap the hotdog with dough. Just G ...

Tuesday, July 19, 2011. Just G Bakez Biggest Project of 2011. At the request of a long time friend, these were churned out (in a rush). Brownies and Bom Boms. My friend had tried my stuffs prior to her "firmed" order and was pleased with the overall results. And I must say, I've been quite confident with my brownies since I got it the way that suits a lot of tasters. Brownies was made few times and given to my friend and colleagues as well.). I must say, they LIKE. But they went OVERCOOKED! They basicall...
