Okay, this takes some nerve to post, but I am happy with my changes, although subtle to some, but these family pictures were taken 18 months ago. I was the heaviest I have ever been at 226 lbs. Last spring I started losing weight and I have lost about 25 lbs. prior to getting really serious. Check out my face and those thighs. Oh baby, yum! This is when I started the IsaBody. Check out my face! It is looking thinner and hips and thighs, and arms.

Yes, I still have a way to go, but heck, I have come a long way to! I know, this is a looker.But I had some major under arm flab. Now, still have some, but it is going away.and my arms are getting more muscular. Okay, I am not ready for spandex as of yet unless it is being covered up by a large t-shirt. Evey absolutely loved it! She was the only kid around us that watched the whole thing. When the intermission started she was disappointed because she wanted more dancing. I can't wait for her to start dance. Maybe one day she can dance in the Nutcracker like her Mom and Aunt Kristi. All through the house.

Saturday, February 12, 2011. Okay, it has been an age since I have put anything on my blog, and this little guy is growing up so fast, I had to introduce you to Jeff's Christmas present. This is Remi and he is a Brittany Spaniel/Pointer mix. He is a keeper! He simply makes us laugh, and on the rare occasion question our decision to get another dog, but on the whole has been a really fun addition to the family.
