Ingredients – serves 2. 1 cup of coconut milk. 1/2 cup of raspberries. 1 tablespoon cocoa powder. 1 cm fresh ginger. 1 tablespoon chocolate chips. 1 Pit the dates. Ingredients – makes 10-12 burger. 1/2 cup cooked cereal (rice, millet, quinoa etc. – in this recipe I used millet). 400 g of cooked beans (I used white beans). Few leaves of fresh coriander. 1 spoon of soy sauce. 2 tablespoons of yeast flakes. 1 teaspoon mustard seed. 1 In a large bowl put the cereal, beans, oatmeal, yeast flakes and spices. 2 Cut up the onion, tomatoes, coriander, garlic, dried tomatoes add to bowl. 4 Form finger thick burgers.
