I had a chance to sit down with a very busy, Colonel Brian Manthe, the Professor of Military Science and ask him about the Naval unit and events for this year. Col Manthe is both the PMS for Villanova and University of Pennsylvania. Needless to say, Brian is very familiar with the SEPTA R5 schedule spending Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Radnor campus and the others in Philadelphia.
