Her doughnuts were normal size but I decided to make mini ones 1. because they are so cute and 2. because I could only find mini doughnut pans – apparently nobody around me sells the normal size. 1 1/4 cup flour. 1 tbsp baking powder. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 cup powdered sugar.
