Irregular reports of my activities and thoughts for the benefit of my far-away family and friends - and anyone else whos interested! Sunday, August 19, 2007. Desaru Long-Distance Triathlon 2007. I met Bernard and Adeline at Bike Pro at 9am, racked up their bikes on the back of the car and we hit the road at 10am after some kopi and makan at a nearby shop. Must have been Courteous Driver Day or something like that. I slept surprisingly well for the night before a race! Bernard loves his bike very much!

Journey that morning started of from Kampung Subang at 6:30 am and we reached Tanjung Malim at 9:20 am and stop at the restaurant to have Pau. Day 2 - Ipoh to Penang via Taiping (170km). Day 3 - Round Island Bike Race.
