The Beach Cherai is the longest beach in Cochin and is located towards the centre-north of the Vypin Peninsula. On the other side of the beach is only 150 meter broad peninsula the Backwaters are laying quietly and surrounded by coconut trees.

Kodanad is a rural riverside village in Ernakulam district. 35 km away from Cherai. In the 1950-60s, Kodanad was one of the largest of several elephant training centres in Kerala. Earlier elephants, captured from the Malayatoor forests (the forests in the East and North of Kodanad), were trained here. Since the introduction of a ban on elephant capture Kodanad has been reduced to a training centre. They were trained using Mahouts. On the southwest coast of India. Pick up at 6.30am. Drop off- at 5.30pm.

Jag fick en fråga om vårt kökskakel. Det blev ju det glasmosaik vi kikade på tidigt. Glaset innehåller något ämne (titanoxid? Som gör att det får en turkos ton, jättefint! Dessutom passar det fint till vår fläkt som har glas runt kåpan, som också ser lite blågrönt ut i kanterna. Vi är jättenöjda, skönt att få in lite lite färg bland allt det vita. Samtidigt bra med en så mild ton, så vi inte tröttnar alltför fort! Men hej på er alla goa besökare! Har ju inte blivit mycket uppdaterat här alls under hösten...

In een jaar tijd 2008-2009 hebben wij dit huis gerenoveerd tot een mooie grote Villa, het is geschikt voor grotere groepen, familie, vrienden etc. De Villa is ook geschikt voor 10 personen, dan wordt de 2e verdieping niet gebruikt.
