An English Girl Rambles - 2008 to 2015: "What are all these people looking at?"
http://anenglishgirlrambles.blogspot.com/2011/04/what-are-all-these-people-looking-at.html
An English Girl Rambles - 2008 to 2015. Monday, April 25, 2011. What are all these people looking at? I wrote a poem to commemorate the occasion, which you can read below. Gregg also added his four-pennyworth in his Haiku. High up in the treetops I am so happy to see. A little Black Bear staring right back at me. All cars stopped, people jumped out. They were so excited and skipping all about. Out came the cameras, one, two three. That cute little bear posed so beautifully. He saw us as his next meal?

Green Momster: Got zucchini? Try stuffing it!
http://www.greenmomster.org/2015/07/got-zucchini-try-stuffing-it.html
Friday, July 31, 2015. Here’s a great recipe I found in the June 2012 issue of Cooking Light. This recipe isn’t for a busy weeknight – it takes a little time, but it’s well worth it! Make extra, because your family will really like the unique flavor! Persian Rice – Stuffed Zucchini with Pistachios and Dill. 3 tblsp olive oil. 3/4 cup jasmine rice (I used brown rice). 6 cardamom pods (or the equivalent in ground cardamom). 1 cinnamon stick (I just used about 2 tsp of ground cinnamon). 1/2 tsp ground cumin.

An English Girl Rambles - 2008 to 2015. Wednesday, May 13, 2015. JUST FOR A CHANGE OF PACE. Today's photos were taken last year when we were in Norway, June 2014. Gregg is the photographer. We were at the Vigeland Museum in Oslo, and after being inside for a considerable time we walked around the building. We were intrigued by the designs in the walls. The stone mason must have been a true artist. Architecture starts when you carefully put two bricks together. There it begins.". Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.

An English Girl Rambles - 2008 to 2015. Thursday, May 14, 2015. If you missed them, or would like to take a second look. These shared today were also in that collection of old photos. It was Summer 1987. 1) Brad climbing logs left for pick up at the side of the road. 2) and here he is making friends with the goats mentioned in my previous post. 3) Again with a much larger one. 4) He loved the goats, as did I. There were dozens of them in that field. Thanks for hosting Tanya! May 14, 2015 at 5:13 PM.
