Terry L. Dickinson. Susan R. Ellis. Adolph M. Greenberg. In Memoriam: Annmarie Stanesa. Working with batik gives me another avenue of expression that is perhaps not as well known by the general public as other styles of art. It is unique in its process and its look, which is why I have chosen to concentrate on experimenting with different subject matter and compositions. Each piece is an adventure and always has a surprise ending waiting for me. March 15, 2016. March 8, 2016. February 29, 2016.

Terry L. Dickinson. Susan R. Ellis. Adolph M. Greenberg. In Memoriam: Annmarie Stanesa. I have been making baskets since the 70’s. I am a member of the Association of Michigan Basket makers and the Traverse Area Basket makers Guild. I use a variety of materials such as reed, wire, beads, waxed linen imported from Ireland and willow. I am inspired to create a new design when I find a new material to work with or a new twill design. Sometime it is just that I need to get some work done! March 15, 2016.
