Avoid synthetic surfactants: These are usually petroleum-based, slow to biodegrade and are associated with high biological toxicity. Bio-surfactants are what we should be looking for instead. These are derived from renewable resources(like fermentation of coconut oil), are biodegradable and have low toxicity levels. And like the previous post mentioned, go phosphate-free. Unfortunately, there is no direct way of telling USPS not to deliver these items but you can ‘opt out’ at these links below. So, say no to junk mail and opt out. Summit County DD Issue 25 Not a New Tax. SUMMIT DD’S STORY. The County of Summit Developmental Disabilities Board (Summit DD) serves over 4,000 people with mental retardation and developmental disabilities in Summit County. Issue 25 is the only operating levy that funds the services provided by the Summit DD. With levy promises kept and delivered on the last levy, renewal of Issue 25 will allow the Summit DD:.
