Monday, June 3, 2013. A lot has happened since we last blogged, so we will try to get you up to date. The slight case of the hiccups are gone and they only lasted a short time. Ethiopia had put our agency and several others on hold to figure some of their policies out and we were only on hold for a few weeks. So it didn't last long at all!
