Saturday, February 21, 2015. Almost) back to the board. October hike in the woods. Things have been quiet on Daybreak Carve for the past few months. My off-season plans to increase speed and strength changed last May, and I spent the subsequent nine months focused on good nutrition and a healthy level of physical activity. Thursday, August 7, 2014. Soits been about 4 months since USASA Nationals and Im craving snow. Is this thing on? Last season was amazing. I had the opportunity to race against some incredible riders, felt Jbs progression and training plans work on the snow, and won the National Championship for Masters Women boardercross.
