Monday, March 30, 2015. Elliptical; 6K and done. Sunday: 10 min racewalking on the track and I knew I was NOT going to do a track workout. Legs were heavy and I didn't feel good. So later, I did 30 min elliptical. NO weird soreness, though - yay! Just tired legs and hard to breathe. I've had sinus issues all weekend and runny nose, along with headache, sore throat, and fatigue. Total: 6km in 39:18 for 6:33/km with ave HR 155. Obviously still not feeling good! Links to this post. Thursday, July 30, 2015. Yesterday: Was to cross-train, but all I could do was give my friend Holly a RW lesson (fun! See video of her above - she got it really fast! The top video is the first one, then some more pointers, then the bottom video, in which she is moving better); no gym or hiking really possible as we had to drive home from Carson City, NV. Saturday, August 29, 2015. Portland to Coast 2015. I was on the winning team again this year; first to the coast of 400 teams! I went in a bit undertrained and it showed on the last leg, but the conditions were adverse so it's hard to know what would've happened otherwise.
