The front page has an easy to use ‘feature’ section so you can easily put on display your most in-depth posts. You can even slot in a nice picture and a post excerpt to accompany the headline by editing the feature-image. Custom field and setting the category to ‘ Featured. Friday, June 13, 2008. Web development: ASP.NET Webforms versus Rails, Flex, PHP and Java stuff. Time passed and I decided to go for web apps. and I have no regrets so far. Not that I am claiming it is a better way but I am just happy for my personal development. MS really did a good job with it. But after sometime passed, I missed neatness and good design in Java frameworks. ASP.NET 2.0 was very practical but it completely ignores good design practices which leads to unmaintainable crapp...I quit follow...
