A’Bunadh Batch #53 (59.7%). This bottle was released in 2015 for approx. 60 euro’s. I’ve tasted a sample of this batch. Whisky travel adventures, reviews and other whisky related stuff. Review: Balvenie Tun 1509 Batch #1. After all these Balvenie reviews I’ve saved the best for last:. Tun 1509 Batch #1 (47.1%). Again I got a sample for this one. The Batch 1 was released in 2014 and the current running batch is #3 released in 2016. Medium impact nose, complex with (PX) sherry notes and oak.
