Wednesday, March 27, 2013. Mid week, almost recovered. So after this weekends atomic dietary destruction, my gut finally seems to be on the road to recovery. My appetite has definitely been off, but luckily the cramping and bloating has ceased. Sorry TMI, but I am trying to get a point across. Put junk in, you get junk out!
