Ride for Hunger Quinte. ETC Raffle Winners 2014. Gleaners Food Bank and the Early Treatment Centre drew the Winners for the 10th annual ETC Raffle supporting Gleaners Food Bank. This year’s 2 month long raffle brought in just under $2000 for the food bank located at 25 Wallbridge Crescent, in Belleville. Ride for Hunger History. In 2003 The Early Treatment Centre Manager Al Newman, held the 1st CBI Health Canada Wide Food Drive. Over the years the food drive included raffles and bake sales. Al Newman's love for riding his Harley and passion to help families in need evolved into creating the Ride For Hunger. In 2009 Al Newman partnered with Gleaners Food bank, to hold the 1st Annual Ride for Hunger. Planning started immediately for the 2011 Ride For Hunger. In Rememberanceof Janice ICE McLaren.
