I love to include frozen banana that I slice and freeze after bananas are too ripe to eat raw. I also freeze fresh spinach for green smoothies. It has a better texture than already frozen spinach from the store. Handy (like protein powders, unsweetened coconut flakes, flax seed, chia seed, cinnamon). Keep a variety of nut butters.
