上星期看到社區公佈欄貼出社區瑜珈課訊息,星期四晚上7:30-9:00,12堂費用$1500 想到自己停滯半年的健康瘦身計畫.毅然決然的報名了. 星期四晚上,來到柔道教室.感覺有點小興奮.鋪好瑜珈墊.領了一支輪棒.在蔡淑惠老師的帶領下,先用輪棒進行暖身,班代不忘提醒老師,第一次不要太操,以免學員嚇跑了.熱完身,再來做一些舒展關節的運動.老師說輕鬆,其實還是頗有難度,我努力跟著所有的動作,渾身早已溼透,最後則是帶大家做一次哈達瑜珈的經典動作:拜日式.此時的我,汗已是用滴的了,滴滴答答,還聽得到滴在瑜珈墊上的聲音.最後終於在數的站立休息姿勢中結束了一個半小時的課程.身體雖然累,但是那種身心舒暢的感覺真的只有做過瑜珈的人才能了解. 隔天起床,渾身酸痛.,不過比起三年前第一次上時好多了,三年前幾乎是連走路都有困難,這次我一定要持續下去,把瑜珈當成長久的運動. 其實本來是要去大山背客家人文生態館附近的"騎龍古道",車一開到停車場,一堆車子,一堆人. 好擁擠的感覺,於是就掉頭下山.去另一條古道" 茶亭古道. 沿途走起來輕鬆愜意,唯一美中不足是後半段路非常滑,如果要去建議一定要拿登山杖,並小心那長青苔的石頭.
