Zambia Mission Trip 2015. Tuesday, June 23, 2015. Today we were back at Kuunika School in Matero. Everyone was able to use their unique gifts. There was the photography team consisting of Rachel, Scott, Kalia, Jerry, and Starla. Their job was to photograph each of the students with a sign displaying their names, ages, and favorite foods, sports, subjects, and colors. The signs that Starla made worked out very well! Zambia Mission Trip 2015. Sunday, June 21, 2015. Filled with the Holy Spirit. We truly felt filled with the Holy Soirit this morning. We spent the afternoon at the market, bartering for the hand made goods that everyone is selling. Many purchases were made. The hand made wooden Noah's ark set was popular; Starla and Scott both got one. Pastor ended up talking down a price from 1000 K to 150 K and his tie for a beautiful stone cross! The rest of us left for Livingstone on Friday morning, which is pretty close to the Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Namibia borders. It took us nine hours each way!
