Find heaven in food. Mint and Oreo fudge. October 10, 2011. I adapted the fudge recipe (that can be found on a back post) to see if it worked well making it a different flavour. I substituted the bar of dark chocolate from before with milk chocolate, added a few capfuls of peppermint extract and added 200g of crushed Oreos. It worked really well and they make a fab treat. Find heaven in food. October 6, 2011. Tonight I have made pizza with a twist. Instead of a dough base, I used puff pastry. 1 block ready made puff pastry. 1 Preheat the oven to gas mark 6. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to fit a baking tray. Line the tray with greaseproof paper. 2 Squirt some tomato puree and BBQ sauce onto the base and cover it totally using the back of a spoon. 3 Chop some fresh basil leaves and sprinkle over the base. 4 Cover the base in grated cheese.
