Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Anyways this is what I came up with today. I like the font. This is only 1 concept, and I'm sure I can come up with more later on, but I don't want to spend this gorgeous day on the computer. But while my toddler naps I wanted to kill time. What do you think? Juice from 2 limes or 2-3 tbsp lime juice. Water (less for thicker smoothie). Now this isn't a very sweet smoothie. I prefer to drink smoothies without added sugars or sweeteners because it is healthier that way. If you need to sweeten, it is best to use a bit of PURE maple syrup or RAW honey.*. If you add honey. I've been following the insanity nutrition guide this week, and one of my favorite meals so far has been the Whole Wheat Pasta w/veggies and feta cheese. Its super easy to make (i prepped it in advance) and its YUMMY. Whole wheat pasta is preferred. I'm not a nutritionist but I do know that Whole Wheat is preferred over White because it hasn't been stripped of its nutrients. 1 cup mixed veggies, steamed.

In high school I was always an athlete, I played sports such as basketball, swimming, softball, shot put and discus, volleyball you name it. Sports were always my thing, hanging out with my friends and I can pretty much eat whatever I wanted because I was an athlete and I was always on the go and I wasn't lazy. Within 3 to 4 years I was 200 pounds easily give or take and the weight just seem to creep up from there.
