We do not remember days, we remember moments. Saturday, November 6, 2010. Halloween activities, today, and beyond. I taught the Young Women (16-17 yr. old) today (Sun.) about the importance of keeping a journal. As any of you who read my blog know, I have not been doing a good job. But there is always repentance, and a chance to change. I had them commit as well as myself to write about something each day that they want to remember. One of the activities at the Coats house was to be wrapped up as a mummy.

This is how I roll. Sunday, December 28, 2008. For the last three weeks of pregnancy Carter was trying so hard to escape. He would pull his knees close to him and then kick upward at the top of my uterus causing him to jam his head to the bottom of my uterus over and over again. He had been trying so hard to get out of there, he just did not have enough room! And thank you so much to Mom Mecham for cleaning the basement and making it homie for when we got home, it was so nice. Thursday, December 25, 2008.

We do not remember days, we remember moments. Thursday, January 31, 2013. Yes, I passed! Body Pump training that is! We all did- Jamie, Cori, Terrie, Kim, Michelle and Paige! So much easier than Body Combat! We spent this whole weekend lifting weights and talking about the program. I was pretty sore last night when I came home, so I did lots of Yoga stretching. This is how I roll. Saturday, November 7, 2009. Carter is really getting into everything now and his favorite thing is to play with our movies and the try to eject things from the playstation and throw the DVD around. Justin, Spring and Company. Together is the happiest place to be! Wednesday, August 21, 2013. Summer Highlights 2013 (Ragnar). I am behind on blogging so I am just going to hit a few highlights of our summer now that it is all coming to a close. Justin ran Ragnar with Missy and Crispin this year. He didn't know anyone else on their team until the race. We went up to Park City to see them cross the finsih line. This is how Devin entertained himself while we were waiting.
