Training Blog of a Bitter Hag. On June 18, 2011, at age 45 I amazed myself by finishing my first marathon. 26.2 miles. In one day. I loved it so much that I'm doing it again. And again! 1 Polar Dash 5k 1/1/14 - 32:42 (Garmin). 2 Goldy's Run 5K 4/12/14 - 33:12. 3 Get in Gear 10k 4/26/14 - 1:04:22. Fargo Go Far Half Challenge - 2 races, 16.2 miles! 4 5k 5/9/14 - 34:40. 5 Fargo Half Marathon 5/10/14 - 2:50:16. 6 Lola's Half Marathon 10 mile 6/7/14 - 1:50:22. 7 Gopher to Badger Half Marathon 8/9/14 - 2:43:29.
