No perfect eaters allowed! Thursday, October 16, 2008. More Fruit, Please! I just finished a project where I analyzed four days of diet records for ten different women; the only information I knew about the women was their age, height and weight. Their diets ranged from pretty darn good to downright negligent of nutrition. Add fruits or veggies whenever possible - frozen berries to oatmeal or ice cream, canned corn to Hamburger Helper, veggie pizza, grated carrots to meatloaf, etc. Don't knock yourse...

No perfect eaters allowed! Monday, August 25, 2008. Weight Loss for Slackers. About every week or so, I jump on the scale at my gym just to see what's going on in the weight department; alas, I've noticed a creep upwards in the last month or so - it's gone far enough that I need to make some changes and push it back down where it belongs. So, I thought I'd blog about it - here's how an RD who believes in the non-diet approach loses weight:. I'll keep you updated! Posted by Melinda Johnson, MS, RD. A dear...

No perfect eaters allowed! Monday, March 16, 2009. Spongebob in my kitchen. I found this bag of frozen edamame with Spongebob on the front, and I figured I'd buy it to coaxe my picky little 3-year-old to actually eat a vegetable. Nutrition For Slackers: Don't should on me and I won't should on you
http://slackernutrition.blogspot.com/2008/05/dont-should-on-me-and-i-wont-should-on.html
