So, as I posted on Sunday I promised to go to the gym a couple of times during the week, and I am proud to say that I stayed good on that promise. Well it's been a week since I completed the Tely 10. And I've already decided on what my next Big Fat Chance. I've decided to take part in the Penny Mazda NLAA Provincial 20km Road Race.
